His work at TEST included representing leading international architectural firms and securing major projects.

Before his extensive work in the UAE, Ramzi Khoursheed founded and led RAMCO Construction, Inc., a Class A general contracting firm licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Established in 1986, RAMCO specialized in commercial, residential, medical, and financial sector projects. Ramzi was Architect of Record for Conrad Dubai, a prestigious 250-meter-tall mixed-use high-rise designed by SRSS on Sheikh Zayed Road. He secured design approvals, managed regulatory compliance, and oversaw municipal coordination, concluding his role just before the main building permit stage.

He also played a key role in Ramada Jumeirah Hotel (now Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah), a 252-key, four-star business hotel designed by SRSS with a gross construction area of 31,085 SM. Ramzi managed design compliance, municipal approvals, and regulatory coordination, concluding his role at the building permit approval stage before the contractor selection process.
