Ramzi founded RAMCO Construction, Inc. in 1986, a Class A general contracting firm licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. After earning his Class A contractor's license in 1988, he successfully led RAMCO in managing high-profile projects across the commercial, residential, medical, banking, and renovation sectors.

His early career in the U.S. refined his expertise in construction management, contract negotiation, and project execution, laying the foundation for his leadership in large-scale international developments.

Key Role at TEST - Technical Studies Bureau

From 1997 to 2020, Ramzi played a pivotal role at TEST - Technical Studies Bureau, an architecture, consulting, and engineering firm with an unlimited license in the UAE. He secured major contracts, led project teams, and ensured full regulatory compliance from concept to completion.
