Built on the Ubuntu principle “I am, therefore we are,” the work blends elite skill training, shooting mechanics, and mental performance, grounded in movement science, ecological dynamics, Constraint-Led Approach, and Differential Learning. Through ProLab sessions, camps, and film-based digital resources, Ubuntu Basketball helps players make faster reads, take better shots, and repeat their best outcomes under real pressure, guided by one standard: read, finish, review.</p>

<p>ABOUT OUR FOUNDER, Coach Ermay Duran is a basketball training design specialist with over 30 years of experience across European leagues, the NBA ecosystem, and international development pathways. With a Doctorate in Movement Sciences, he integrates Ecological Dynamics, the Constraint-Led Approach, and Differential Learning into high-level player development, with a strong emphasis on shooting mechanics, decision speed, and mental performance. As the founder of Ubuntu Basketball in Amsterdam, he works with youth prospects, gap-year athletes, and professional players from Europe, the G-League, and overseas who train with him during the summer to refine their game in competitive, game-representative environments.</p>
