Dr. Alexander Jader (PhD, MBA, BA Honours)
Dr. Jader is a distinguished executive, strategy consultant, CEO, educator and professor with over 25 years of experience across various sectors, including executive education, shipping, media, IT, construction, business development, sales, marketing, and leadership. A dual national of Great Britain and Germany, he has a track record of guiding international teams, implementing change initiatives, and cultivating strong client relationships while delivering impactful business solutions.
Before his multifaceted career, Dr. Jader served as a soldier in the Weapon Diver Battalion and as a sailor at sea. He held executive roles at notable organizations such as the Hilti Corporation in Liechtenstein, Vienna, Prague and Dubai, the London Business School, DN Media Group in Oslo and London, Imperial College London and Fredhopper, a start-up in Amsterdam. He sits son the board of various organisations in Europe and Asia. His expertise has been sought by Fortune 500 companies, royal families, celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate executives.
Dr. Jader has worked at some of the world’s leading business schools, including Mannheim Business School in Germany, the London Business School, Imperial College London, and Skolkovo Business School in Moscow to name only a few. Dr. Jader works for Headspring, the Financial Times and IE Business School learning alliance. He is also a professor at the Open Institute of Technology.
He pursued a PhD focused on Crypto Assets at UWE Bristol and Manchester Metropolitan University, conducting research in the field of Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) through Big Data research, computer programming, and statistical analysis. His PhD is one of the world’s first on the business side of crypto assets.
An accomplished academic, Dr. Jader also holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, where he was the youngest student ever admitted to the International Executive MBA program in the history of the program. His educational journey includes studying Chinese Economics at Fudan University in Shanghai, Arabic as a Foreign Language at Kuwait University, and Business & Malaysian Studies at Stamford College in Kuala Lumpur. He earned his B.A. (Hons) in Marketing from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom.
In addition to his business acumen, Dr. Jader is a TEDxSpeaker and also studied professional theater acting at the Atlantic Theatre in Manhattan and NYU New York University. He is a certified military hand-to-hand combat instructor, having trained with former elite special forces soldiers including US Navy SEALs, British Royal Marine Commandos, French Commando Hubert, etc. . His diverse skill set is complemented by proficiency in several languages, enhancing his ability to connect across cultures and industries.
